Teachers of the Faculty of Architecture represented the Czech Republic at an international conference in South America.

In December, architectural historian Klára Brůhová and architectural historian Petr Vorlík from the Institute of Theory and History of Architecture participated in the 18th Docomomo International Conference entitled Modern Futures: Sustainable Development and Cultural Diversity. This year, the conference in Chile was the first ever held in the organization's history in the region south of the Tropic of Capricorn. Traditionally, its content focuses on documenting and conservating modern architecture and represents a key gathering of experts worldwide.
