Apartment Building Soukenická

The bachelor thesis elaborates the documentation for the building permit of a residential building on Soukenická street in Nové Město, in a gap. The material design of the building is based on the surrounding buildings. The whole masses are then adapted to the scale of the surroundings and the building thus forms two units differing mainly in their structural height. On the ground floor of the building there is an active parterre. The apartment building also has a garden, which is intended to serve its inhabitants and enable them to live comfortably. The main element of the building's layout concept is the elongated living spaces. The flats themselves are then divided into day and night zones, these zones alternate throughout the layout. There are 1á flats and 1 commercial space.
