Municipal Rental Housing

The city apartment building is located in Karlín on the border of Art Nouveau and Classicist built-up area. From one side, the corner house turns into a crossroads and from the other it should belong to the complex structure of the Karlín courtyards. To complete the block means completing the ideas and intentions with which the surrounding houses were built, but also bringing something new and contemporary to this developing Prague quarter. The project is designed in the context of the current merciless real estate market, and so the size of apartments and other premises is adapted to it.
