Density - Department Store & Housing

Work deals with the concept of density. The four story department store stands as a plinth, from which a ten-story residential part of the building, where the façade breaks a dodges to create more placement area for windows. A big concept is the facade designed in strips of aluminum cassettes and glazing. A significant element is also the department store shop window on the ground floor with a neon sign above it. The courtyard as a crossroad between the department store, leisure center and city spa.
