Library in Aspern

The solved object is a multifunctional building, located on the northwest corner of block F10. It is a free-standing building, which is the dominant feature at the intersection of two streets. The functions of the building were chosen with regard to its location. The building contains one retail space, one floor of public study rooms and a library, one floor of offices, one apartment 1 + kk, three apartments 2 + kk, three apartments 3 + kk and two duplex apartments 5 + kk.
