VINCENTINUM - HOUSE OF MERCY
Architecture and Urbanism, MA diploma project
Annotation
At the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries, the former Petynka homestead served as a refuge for the terminally ill, whose financial resources did not allow them to stay with their families. Not only the historical value, but also the environmental value is the reason for preserving the building and the greenery that surrounds it. The goal of the work is to propose a new use of existing buildings with regard to their historical value and their environment.
