The Metamorphosis of the Logistics Center

Roof of storage halls. A place with untapped potential. It is almost impossible to find affordable housing these days, so I decided to place 50 houses on the roof, in two concentric circles, crossed by green belts and a road belt. The necessary light for workers in the hall is provided by skylights, which also store rainwater. With the help of chimneys, which also serve as smoke vents, it brings the verticality of new urbanism to the roof.
