HOUSING ROZTOKY U KŘIVOKLÁTU
Annotation
The project proposes 3 new apartment houses in Roztoky u Křivoklátu. This town, located in the Křivoklátsko region, is particularly popular for its tranquility, proximity to nature and historical context. It is a continuation of the existing housing estate, which consists of panel houses. The proposed apartment buildings will be for approximately 90 residents and will offer a total of 36 units. The houses will be four storeys in height, with the ground floor allocated for parking. The aim of the project is to create modern, functional and affordable housing that will sensitively relate to the existing housing estate, while providing residents with space for comfortable living close to nature in the heart of Křivoklátsko.
