The house of Marie Charouskova

The urban apartment building Marie Charousková is a commemorative housing project built in honor of the named student of CTU. The housing is intended for single parents, making Prague housing more accessible to families with a single income. The apartment building is located in the northern part of Klárov Park. In addition to the building itself, the surrounding area is also being developed, particularly the straightening of tram tracks and the expansion of the tram stop area. The park is further enhanced with greenery. The ground floor of the building features civic amenities, including a bookstore, a bakery, and a café. In the basement, there is a bakery supplying these establishments. From the 2nd to the 6th floor, small apartments are designed specifically for single parents.
