Annotation
The study deals with the area of Bauer's villa, built in 1914 according to the design of Adolf Loose. Part of the design is the return of the villa to its original form, the restoration and expansion of the garden and the new construction of the entrance building. The new entrance building is designed as a ground floor building. The conept is two separate, equally large objects, divided by a central corridor overlooking the south facade of the restored villa.
