Three atmospheres

Veleslavín is about to be impacted by the planned new train station as well as by the linear park built in the place of train tracks. The goal of this project was to build on the positive impact of these changes and provide a new concept for public ammenities. As a result, three overlapping atmospheres emerged - Evropska street, the Linear park and Veleslavín's center. On Evropska, a rhythm of high rise administrative buildings is proposed. The linear park will bring in new visitors and contribute to connecting Veleslavín with Kladenska street. In the nearby brownfield, a residential complex of garden houses is proposed as well as a community center in the existing tower. To replace storage halls in the center of Veleslavin, a housing complex is proposed with corresponding public space.
