BŘEVNOV COMMUNITY CENTRE

The area intended for the construction of a new community center for seniors and youth is located in the residential part of Břevnov in Prague 6. The main intention is to build a community center building so that its character and urban design integrates into relatively sloping terrain and its surroundings. The aim of the proposed project is to develop a network of public spaces and supplement the network of pedestrians by extending Šultysova Street to Kutnauer Square and at the same time create a pleasant social environment for the local community. An important value in designing the project was the connection of the center building with the existing playground on the west site.
