Annotation
The building is located in the area between Preslova and V Botanice streets, in the locality of Prague 5. It is a new building with a mixed function (administrative-residential). It includes an underground car park, shops on the ground floor and several floors of administrative or residential spaces. The apartments are designed as 2 + kk with the possibility of staying on the roof terrace. The administrative part represents open-space offices with several meeting rooms, a warehouse and facilities.
