The effort to unite diverse people into one whole and create relationships between them, this is shown in the facade of the house. At first glance, it can be seen that the windows reflect the "skeleton" of the house. Only when passing through the house can you notice various exceptions, peculiarities and irregularities. It may also seem that every apartment is identical. But the opposite is true, because each apartment, although set in a clear raster, reflects the owner and adapts to him. The house is hierarchically arranged from top to bottom and from front to back. And this is shown in the facade. Each arch is a departure from the modern raster and approach to the historic Smíchov.
