Apartment buildings in Školská Street

Street Školská. This street is currently used mainly as a connecting road from the station to the nearby city center. Therefore, it is necessary to use the potential of this attractive location and create a pleasant pedestrian zone. I am newly designing apartment buildings with the use of a ground floor. The greatest emphasis is placed on the corner of the first apartment building, which is enriched by a cafe with an outdoor terrace and seating area. Apartment buildings placed next to each other copy the slightly sloping terrain of the street. As a result, the houses are slightly offset from each other.
