People love the outside. On weekends, they pack their stuff, get out of the city and hug the trees and such. People in garden cities get to do that all day, every day. Waking up to birds singing, hugging huge trees, tree branches trying to get inside your living room (probably to say hi, possibly staying for a coffee), breakfasts on terraces, trying your best to grow a bigger tomato than your neighbor, having shovels and baskets full of vegetable lying all over the place, a greenhouse or a hammock here and there. Green everywhere. And more huge trees. And vitamin D. That's what's a garden city to me. And than a house that feels like it's flowing through the greenery, but yet somehow grabs it into its arms and provides support. Walk down the steps to swim in greenery.
