Author's note: This seminar work briefly describes my journey from the poetic lightness of the topic "point in the landscape" to the concrete task of the future diploma thesis. The aim of the work is to bring the reader closer to the thought process behind what a point in the landscape means to me and what led me to focus on military buildings despite my non-involvement in the field and my opposition to war.
