Industrial zone - Příbram

The vision project of the Příbram industrial zone was created on the basis of a global concept for the entire city. The main goal of the project was to ensure the placement of the industrial zone, embedding urban functions into its monofunctional structure. The proposal supports the global concept in particular by extending the central recreational green spine so that it passes through the entire city from south to north, as well as suggesting the continuity of the green corridor with the Brdy PLA. The proposal assumes the entry of a new local center and its connection to the city center. The aim was rather to supplement the industrial zone with quality public infrastructure, mainly by establishing new streets, and to hide industrial halls inside the block.
