The project is located in the Vozovna Pankrác area. Structural plan if formed by a system of walls. The entire house is designed as a gallery house. The layout of the house mainly consists of maisonettes 4+kk and also 3 studios. Maisonettes provide spacious and functional living spaces, while studios offer compact and comfortable living. On the ground floor of the project we can find a gym, a cafe and a shop, which contributes to the creation of a lively and community environment. On the top floor we can find terrace with a wonderful view. Overall, it can be said that "Vozovna Pankrác" combines functionality, modern design and a community atmosphere, creating an attractive space for living and relaxation.
