Annotation
Nestled along the Vltava riverbank in Prague's Holesovice, this complex comprises two blocks featuring a blend of residential, commercial, and administrative spaces, along with four striking residential towers. Positioned on the dynamic and vibrant west side, the complex seamlessly integrates into the lively atmosphere of its surroundings. On the contrasting east side, a recessed public park unfolds, situated on the same level as the lower promenade. Ascending above the park, the upper promenade extends further, offering a new perspective.
