CORNER APARTMENT BUILDING
Annotation
The designed apartment building on Letná in Prague, next to the Technical Museum, offers a total of 33 apartments and has 7above ground floors. The active parterre contains three administrative spaces and has an exit to a common courtyard.
It is a corner building with two communication cores. On the western facade, the mass of the building is complemented by two risalites, with the last floor stepped back from the northern side. The whole block of flats also contains three underground floors, serving as parking spaces and storage for the needs of
Technical Museum. The material design of the ground floor is distinguished from the remaining floors by the shotcrete with added pigment, which matches the shade of the bricks used in the cladding of the remaining floors.
