Annotation
To the north is the busy Vrchlického Street and to the south is a steep wooded slope. Good accessibility, development potential, greenery but also the hustle and bustle of cars and shade on the plot. I am proposing 2 similar blocks on the site that are open to the south side, thus getting maximum light and treetop views.
