The house is being built by the city for its citizens for the purpose of comfortable rental housing for a wide group of residents. The proposed house forms a corner, adheres to the street line and the height level of the surrounding buildings. From the slope from the south the courtyard is open to the sun and from the north to the street tightly guarded. The level of the parterre allows to build small amenities in the form of rentable commercial units and similarly at mezzanine level in the form of offices.
