Apartment building Ostrava

The apartment building is designed for a newly emerging complex connecting the center of Ostrava - Karolina and the industrial area of Dolní Vítkovice. The complex is located between the park and the main promenade and offers views of the Beskydy Mountains, Vítkovice and the whole Ostrava. The building stands on a raised platform, which creates a living environment for ground-floor apartments. The main entrance is oriented to the east, and on the opposite side there is a second entrance with a ramp. It has a total of 24 above-ground floors and 138 apartments, categories from 1 + kk to 4 + kk. Almost all apartments are supplemented with outdoor space - loggias. The facade of the house is emphasized by long strips to support verticality.
