Apartment building Buková

We are located in Jihlava, in the Horní Kosov district, which is mainly used as a residential area. The new proposed district - on the basis of an urban study - complements the locality with civic amenities and other types of housing. The proposed plot is located in the heart of a newly emerging district. The regulations establish the building as a height dominant. Based on the SWOT analysis, a conceptual program - SVJ apartments is determined. The building is designed with efficiency in mind.
