"Once a representative residence, now a ruin helplessly searching for a purpose."
Prague Suchdol - a place that lacks a naturally functioning center. I propose a project that connects history with the modern needs of the community. From workshops and library to coworking spaces for those seeking an inspiring place to work. There is also a gallery, a café, and outdoor spaces for relaxation, the latter serving as a connecting element between the new building and the former barn. An interesting feature is also the pool and sauna, which add a touch of luxury and health care to the project. The entire revitalization is carefully planned to preserve the spirit of the place while bringing new opportunities for the local community.
