Benessere point

The Benessere Point project is a wellness center with sports facilities, which is included together with a restaurant and accommodation area located in Prague's Modřany near a residential area. The entire area is spread horizontally along the contour line in sloping terrain, surrounded by trees, which separate the area from the city environment. The building is fully embedded in the terrain, so it does not disturb the surroundings with its size and does not stand out from the villa development. On the ground floor of the building, there is a wellness area with a swimming pool, saunas and a relaxation area, which provide conditions for the regeneration of body and mind. On the second floor, there are facilities for fitness and yoga, equipped with a space for group exercises.
