Annotation
The area in Blatná, near the centre, offers unique development opportunities. The design creates a social and sporting space connecting generations and interests. The dominant feature is the river, with landscaped surroundings for leisure. New flood protection measures remove barriers, making the site accessible. Sports areas are open, and the multi-purpose hall serves as a meeting centre. Raised levels and stands connect different parts of the space, offering new views. Pedestrian connections to the city are provided by extended rose paths, increasing the area's attractiveness. The new space becomes the lively heart of the town.
