Annotation
WHAT? A forgotten, neglected, and constrained area. The territory around the Vršovice railway line as a peripheral part of the urban structure.
WHY? Incoherence, uninhabitability, instability. A violently fragmented area deteriorating both materially and socially.
WHO? People, animals, and plants. Locals and visitors alike. Not only humans but all non-human inhabitants of the city.
HOW? A habitable, accessible, and connecting platform. A structure above the railway as a new layer of the city.
