Apartment buildings Fragment

Apartment Buildings Fragment are designed in Prague in Žižkov, situated between Hartigova, Ostromečská, and Roháčova streets. The project represents a partial completion of the block development typical for this area. The block is divided into individual fragments—apartment buildings of varying heights—based on the current parcel layout. This division creates a high-quality public space for social interaction, enriched with greenery. The design addresses the ongoing housing crisis by offering apartments in various sizes, meeting the needs of different social groups.
