Annotation
The residential housing project enriches the town of Velké Poříčí with new family homes located in the very heart of the settlement. Its aim is to unify the urbanism of a complex and irregular plot situated in close proximity to the main square. The design takes inspiration from the principles of a garden city, a concept that lies between village and urban characteristics, much like the township of Velké Poříčí itself. The goal was to create housing for young families, combining the advantages of rural living - sunshine, fresh air, and nature - with urban qualities such as generosity and vibrancy.
