family house - Vítkov

The construction project is a reconstruction of a family house in Vítkov. This is a house that underwent reconstruction in 2012. In its current state, it has a utility room, work room, kitchen with living room, four bedrooms, bathroom and two toilets. The plan includes changing the layout. The arrangement of individual rooms is different on the 2nd floor. In place of the original large unused hallway on the 2nd floor, 2 children's rooms are created, which are connected and a shared wardrobe for both children is also created here. On the 1st floor, due to the load-bearing walls, it is difficult to change the layout, so only the position of the staircase and minor modifications to the entrance hall, technical room and toilet are being changed.
