Kalcitová Avenue Housing Cooperative

The apartment building of the Housing Cooperative is located within the new residential expansion of the municipal district Prague – Lochkov. The building faces a brand-new pedestrian avenue with the fictional name Kalcitová. The arising masterplan was used as a crucial source for the project. Beside the target group which are families with children, couples and singles, who look for a luxury of a city embedded into a nature, could also move in. Three different typologies, such as corridor, gallery and multi-storey flats with direct access, are tailored to needs of the all-target groups. The compact mass of the building is clad in white ceramic cladding. More distinct details are coloured yellow to highlight their counterpoint.
