Praha - Ruzyně

The regulatory plan is based on the urban study of Prague - Ruzyně and its main goal is to create a residential neighborhood that connects public and residential spaces, offering an attractive and functional environment for both residents and visitors. In addition, the plan focuses on regulating construction to preserve the values of the area and the character of public spaces, as defined in the study. The regulation limits building volumes for sufficient variability without disrupting the original concept. A key element of the area will be the main avenue, which will connect important parts of the neighborhood. The development will gradually become more spaced out towards the southeast, with the height of buildings decreasing as they move away from the square.
