KOLÍN - RESIDENTIAL HOUSE ON NÁMĚSTÍ REPUBLIKY

The residential building is part of a new residential development on a site of the current commercial building on the southern edge of náměstí Republiky. It is a five-storey building with eleven residential units and space for commercial use on the ground floor; the commercial space is oriented to the square and is suitable, for example, for a bookstore with a café. The façade of the building is made of masonry with wooden windows. The balconies of the individual apartments offer views of the square and the historic city centre, including the castle and St. Bartholomew's Church. The apartments on the top floor have spacious terraces, facing the quiet courtyard. In the basement of the building, it is possible to use the parking shared with the other five houses.
