KOLÍN - RESIDENTIAL BUILDING NÁMĚSTÍ REPUBLIKY
Annotation
The residential building is located at the corner of the newly established market square, just a few steps from the revitalized Republic Square in Kolín. On the ground floor of the building, there is a café and shared spaces, while the four remaining floors house eleven residential units. The eastern apartments offer views of the historic city center and, on the upper floors, also of the Church of St. Bartholomew. The recessed top floor features a spacious apartment with a unique view. The apartments include shared underground parking, which is connected to the neighboring residential buildings.
