The apartment building is located on Jankovcova Street. The ground floor is primarily a café, which also extends into the basement. The dominant material on the facade is brick cladding. A significant element is the cornices that divide the building horizontally. The name of the tower reflects the receding floors, which underline the gradation and dynamics of the building. At the same time, it refers to the optical narrowing visible when viewed from the front, which emphasizes the silhouette of the tower. It also evokes the views from the upper floors and the ideal location of the building near the river.
