KOLÍN - GAPSITE ZÁMECKÁ - HOTEL

In the historical centre of Kolín, I design a four-story hotel that creates a semi-enclosed block in contact with the existing chateau grounds, with a restaurant on the ground floor and a two-story underground parking lot. The building is located on a plot with height differences in the terrain. On the ground floor, in addition to the restaurant, there is the entrance to the hotel, a lobby for guests with a reception and an outdoor atrium, as well as all the facilities of the hotel. On the first floor there is a café, which also serves as a breakfast room for hotel guests, with an adjacent outdoor terrace. On the second floor, the terrace under the arcades of the chateau offers views of Zálabí in Kolín and the Polabian countryside. The hotel offers a total of 48 double rooms.
