The Home for Seniors in central Kolín, bordered by Kovářská and Zámecká streets, currently remains unused. The project offers views of the Castle, park, and Elbe River from upper floors. It consists of two buildings: the lower section has one above-ground and one underground floor that respects the castle's prominence, while a taller five-story tower aligns with a neighboring apartment. The underground level includes client rooms and a dining area leading to an inner atrium, while the first floor features the entrance, client rooms, a doctor's office, and an exercise room. The tower hosts additional client rooms and facilities, and the entire complex is barrier-free with access to a walkable roof.
