The design of the residential building is part of the revitalization of Náměstí Republiky in Kolín, which is currently predominantly used as a parking lot. The new complex of residential buildings replaces the existing unsuitable development along the southern edge of the square. The proposal emphasizes high-quality public spaces and well-thought-out apartment layouts, aiming to provide superior living conditions while defining a meaningful new public space. These new residential buildings offer modern living while respecting the urban character and the needs of the locality.
