Why is there a gap between two houses in Perštýn? And what kind of house to build in this gap? It should follow the two different characters of the city - new and old. Should he belong and not peek, or should he peek?
The proposal consists of two houses and a staircase.The lower and "wider" house has four floors and there is a rentable space on the ground floor. There are apartments on the upper floors. The taller house, which appears to be narrow from the street, has seven floors. On its ground floor, there is a cafe area, which in the underground floor turns into a bar, with an exhibition of original Romanesque constructions. There are apartments with different layouts on the upper floors. The elements of the facade are based on the surrounding buildings.
