Safety, support, belonging – some of the many words that define home. The main purpose was to design a home for children. Think about what shapes them, how they feel here, but also what kind of background a foster couple should have. The key idea was family connection, regardless of whether it is a foster or regular household. The interconnection of individual life stories prompted me to design a façade where the main element is intertwining balconies.
