My residential building project is located in Holešovice at the corner of Dělnická and Na Maninách streets. The site is currently occupied by a smaller industrial structure (a garage). To the south, it borders an apartment building with a blank facade, while to the west and north, it is adjacent to industrial halls. On the northern side, an access road to the industrial complex i
The name of the building, "ar - co," directly reflects my vision of creating an Art Deco high-rise in Holešovice. The idea originated from the project brief, which referenced our inspiration—New York, where Art Deco plays a significant rol. The building offers three categories of apartments:
Level L - 2(3+kk)
Level M - 2(2+kk)
Level S - (3+kk)
In total, the tower contains 23 apartments.
