LOTYŠÁK

Lotyšské náměstí, also known as “Lotyšák,” is a smaller park area situated on the border of Bubeneč and Dejvice, near Vítězné náměstí. The space is currently heavily utilized, which is reflected in its present condition. I aim to create a pleasant space for walks or leisure activities, catering both to the residents of the houses surrounding this accessible inner block and to passers-by who wish to pause and relax for a moment. The proposal also addresses traffic conditions and the design of neighboring front gardens. The concept builds upon certain elements that already exist within the area, aiming to integrate the entire space up to the walls of the surrounding buildings, so it feels like a cohesive whole.
