Multimedia theater ŠAPITO

The project responds to the desire to revitalize the grounds of the community house in Humpolec and enrich the artistic life of the town, which hosts annual theater festivals and features a modern gallery. The new venue offers five stage-audience configurations: a 360-degree stage, a longitudinal stage, an amphitheater, a baroque theater (inside the community house), and a "marathon" stage for performances along a path. Outside festivals and performances, the area serves as a leisure space with a café and restaurant, while the tented area functions as a walk-through winter garden. The structure consists of columns and cables supporting translucent fabric, which serves as a projection surface during shows, attracting visitors and revitalizing the site.
