The project deals with the urban structure of the newly proposed block on the territory of the planned Smíchov City project. The proposed block is part of the entire studio
designing the southern half of the territory. This half has the task of comparing Prague design with Tokyo and building an exceptional structure here, which has the task of showing and
compare differences in approaches.
The block covers an area of roughly 7,000 m². The built-up area is approximately 3,000 m². The total floor area is 4,700 m². The floor area comes out very low
the limit of the area's usability, especially because the main function of the block becomes a kindergarten.
