TOURIST HOUSING

The project in Roztoky spans the Berounka River and features a two-story building. The ground floor, accessible from the riverbank, includes the entrance area, reception for tourist housing, and access to the roof. The tourist housing offers two common rooms with tables and sofas, bright river-facing corridors, and 18 apartments. The roof hosts a pub open to residents and passers-by. Serving as a pedestrian bridge, the roof connects both banks, supported by two pillars in the river. The bridge deck is divided into three parts, with the main girder formed by a truss structure defining the building's mass. The first floor features a fully glazed lightweight envelope.
