Revitalization of the urban cultural block

The diploma seminar serves as preparation for the diploma thesis. The task is to redevelop a block in the historic center of Humpolec, which no longer meets current requirements and needs revitalization. On the eastern side of this block stands the Community House, a building with a large hall intended for local cultural and social events. Although the type of the new building is not decisive, the work focuses on the analysis of the basic relationships and conditions of the given location. The aim of this work is to summarize key information about the area around the Community House, with an emphasis on factors that may influence the design of the building in this area.
