Pragovka multifunctional building

The buildings’ concept and form are based on their functions. The art school has a sculptural form, the office building resembles Praga’s factories, and the apartment building prioritizes comfort. Visual unity comes from façade elements and materials. The school’s roof and garage entrance feature sawtooth designs with skylights, while the office and apartment buildings share vertical striped façades. The six-story apartment building has 20 flats (50% 2-bedroom, 25% 3-bedroom, 25% 4-bedroom), a café, study room, and shop. The school includes a multifunctional space, dance halls, music rooms, and a ceramics workshop with overhead lighting. The office building offers catering, meeting rooms, and flexible office layouts. A park features a transport hub and multi-purpose field.
