Residential building Pragovka

The Pragovka Residential Building is a new housing in Vysočany, that sits on the site of a former industrial complex. The main goal is to provide residents with comfort and offer peace in a big city. The building includes two commercial spaces on the ground floor and 18 apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk. The structure is oriented west-east, allowing natural light to brighten both facades. The main entrance to the building is located on the western side, accessible from the pedestrian zone. The two-tone brick facade symbolizes the contrast between history and modernity. The main block – the core – is made of raw bricks, representing the site's historical roots, while the white brick cladding reflects the aesthetics of the modern era.
